What we offer
- Summer Internship Program: a dynamic ten-week experience that provides participants with an overview of WIM at Wells Fargo and a high-level understanding of the company’s operations, business strategies and organizational culture. This program is intended as a pipeline into our Full-time Analyst Program.
- Full-time Analyst Program: this two-year immersive journey offers recent university graduates a unique opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of business groups, while furthering their development through education, hands-on training, and network building. Participants will gain tangible experience working on a dedicated team within WIM, in non-client facing roles.
Who we're looking for
- Summer Internship Program: Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation in December 2026 or May/June 2027
- Full-time Analyst Program: Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 and June 2026
Ideal candidates will have
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through one or more of the following: volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
- All majors are welcome
