Corporate Fellowship Program

Program overview

In partnership with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) initiative, the Corporate Fellowship Program provides transitioning service members with an introduction to the corporate workforce. Military personnel within 6 months of separation are invited to apply for this 12-week learning experience.

Transitioning service members from any branch of service may apply if they meet the eligibility requirements. DoD Instruction 1322.29 allows service members to participate in the program with command approval.

The HOH Wells Fargo Corporate Fellowship Program provides the opportunity to explore and engage various lines of business, empowering our Fellows to make educated and informed decisions to confidently navigate their career. Our team of veterans, active service members, military spouses, and allies partner with Fellows to provide tailored support and guidance through the application process.

The HOH Wells Fargo Corporate Fellowship Program offers:

Hybrid on-site standards, providing crucial networking opportunities
A rotational learning experience introducing and exposing Fellows to key business divisions and contacts
A world-class support team consisting of mentors, recruiters, consultants, senior leaders, and hiring managers across the enterprise, guiding Fellows through the cohort experience
Tailored guidance, insight, and support through the application and interview process

Program eligibility

The HOH Corporate Fellowship Program is a DoD SkillBridge program open to transitioning service member candidates whose timeline aligns with the program and who meet the following requirements:

Fellows must be on active duty or transition leave
Fellows must be within 180 days of transition from military service for the duration of the 12-week program
Fellows must meet education and leadership experience requirements
