Program Overview

At Wells Fargo, we are dedicated to creating an inclusive workplace, which is why we invest in military-connected hiring. 

The Military Spouse Homefront Heroes Hiring (HHH) Program is designed to attract and hire spouses and domestic partners of actively serving military personnel into various in-person, hybrid, and temporarily remote career opportunities.

Program Details

The Homefront Heroes Hiring Program provides:

  • Direct hire opportunities that post throughout the year in various business divisions
  • A customized virtual orientation and professional development experience within the first several months of employment, and monthly Homefront Heroes Community Coffee Chats
  • A range of roles that can be hybrid, in-person, or temporarily remote. Openings that allow a temporary remote work exception will include specific language in the job posting:  "Other locations and /or remote may be considered with the ability to produce a copy of military orders.” Once a military spouse or domestic partner is no longer on active-duty orders, the employee will be expected to work in a Wells Fargo location identified by the business and adhere to in-office expectations

In this casual forum, we share details of our Homefront Heroes Hiring Program and explain how Wells Fargo addresses the specific needs and challenges of military spouses and domestic partners. We will also answer any questions you have and share advice on how to navigate the process.

Networking opportunities

In addition to orientation, the HHH Program hosts monthly Military Spouse Coffee Chats that bring together military spouse employees from across all business divisions to learn together and support each other.
