Paid licensing support

Not licensed? No problem. If you're not fully licensed when you join Wells Fargo, you’ll begin in a temporary role as a Relationship Banker LP (SAFE). Through our Branch Banking Licensed Banker Program, you'll receive structured training, dedicated resources, and paid study time to help you earn the required securities and insurance licenses. Once completed, you’ll transition into the full Relationship Banker (SAFE) role — ready to serve customers with confidence and grow your career.
