Benefits at Wells Fargo
September marks Well-being Month, but our commitment extends year-round. Wells Fargo offers programs and events designed to support mind, body, and financial health — from step challenges and wellness webinars to onsite activities.
Our benefits set the foundation for well-being:

Employer Recognition
We're proud to be recognized by Purpose Jobs as one of the best companies for work-life balance. Our focus on flexibility, well-being, and meaningful benefits helps our employees strike the right balance — inside and outside of work.
Veteran Donation Program
Through our Veteran Donation Program, Wells Fargo has provided over 120 vehicles and financial mentoring — valued at more than $4 million — to combat-wounded veterans, Gold Star families, and military-related nonprofits.
In this video, see how we partnered with Hometown Chevrolet in Fruitland, Idaho, to honor veterans and their families while continuing our long-standing support for the military community.

Employee Spotlight
In honor of National Disability History and Awareness Month in October, we're spotlighting one of our own. Stacey Park Milbern, a former Wells Fargo employee, has been recognized by the U.S. Mint for her outstanding contributions as a disability rights leader. In August, the Mint released the Stacey Park Milbern quarter into national circulation.
In addition to this honor, Wells Fargo celebrated Milbern's legacy by renaming its scholarship for students with disabilities. Since 2017, Wells Fargo has awarded more than $1.7 million in scholarships to students with disabilities through this program. Read on to learn more.

History of innovation
In 1973, First National Bank of Atlanta, now Wells Fargo, launched "Tillie the All-Time Teller" — one of the nation's earliest ATM systems. By giving the machine a friendly persona, the bank made it easier for customers to trust new technology and paved the way for the 24/7 convenience — more than 11,000 ATMs — we enjoy today.
