The Quantitative Analytics Program (QAP) provides you with an overview of Wells Fargo and prepares you to develop, implement, calibrate, or validate quantitative models. It gives you a blend of technical, business, and professional developmental opportunities that incorporates real-world experiences and prepares you for a career at Wells Fargo.
What we offer
We offer two opportunities to meet you where you are in your education.
- Intern - Participate in a ten-week summer program. Contribute to the day-to-day priorities of a team while also participating in professional development and networking opportunities.
- Associate - Participate in a two-year rotational program, gaining exposure to multiple teams within a business. The program helps grow your business acumen, enhance your data and analytic skills, and increase contributions to the team.
Desired qualifications
- Intern Program: Currently enrolled in a Masters or PhD program with an expected graduation December 2026 or later
- Full-Time Analyst Program: Masters or PhD degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 –June 2026 OR graduated from a PhD program after May 1, 2023 and is currently completing a postdoc
- Enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program in: Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Applied or Computational Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Physics, Quantitative Finance, Operations Research, Engineering or related quantitative field
- Excellent computer programing skills and use of statistical software packages such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, Java, Spark, and C++
