As the third line of defense for the firm, Internal Auditors play a key role in Wells Fargo’s success. Audit helps the company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to risk management through a highly competent and inclusive division within the firm. Audit is a team sport, and Auditors get to work across business lines and functions in a dynamic, team-centered environment.​

What we offer​

• Analyst Program - Participants will embark on a 2-year rotational experience to gain a deep understanding of Wells Fargo’s operations, line of business strategies, and corporate culture through relevant work assignments.​
• Summer Internship - Participants will experience a 10-week non-rotational professional development program that provides participants with an introduction of Wells Fargo operations, business strategies, and corporate culture with relevant work assignments.​

Program structure and desired qualifications

• Summer Internship: Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation in December 2026 – May/June 2027​
• Analyst Program: Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation in December 2025 – May/June 2026​
• BS/BA degree candidate with a concentration in: Accounting, Internal Audit, Business, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or Technology related degree.​
