In addition to traditional lending products, Commercial Banking is a market leader in asset-based lending, equipment financing, global receivables and trade financing, floor plan financing, and renewable energy and environmental financing, and provides strategic capital investments.
What we offer
- Development Program – participate in a two-year program where you will gain exposure to the various Commercial Banking lines of business and their partners while supporting dedicated teams through four six-month rotations. Analysts will complete rotations in sales, product, or strategy, along with two credit-focused rotations. One during the first year and another during the second year.
- Internship Program – join a structured 10-week internship designed to provide a basic understanding of Commercial Banking and potential career paths through hands on experience.
Program structure and desired qualifications
- Development Program: Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2025 – June 2026
- Internship Program: Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation between December 2026 – June 2027
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a collaborative, change driven environment
- Demonstrated knowledge, interest and/or experience in commercial banking, finance, accounting, and/or sales
