What will you do?
Your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to:
- Analyzing data and presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Working on human capital management projects across lines of business to enhance current processes and identify best practices to be implemented
- Developing creative strategies to further enhance Wells Fargo’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
- Assisting with recruiting initiatives and hiring

Program structure and desired qualifications include:
- Full-time program for seniors and recent graduates-program length is 2 years (three 8-month rotations)
- Summer internship for juniors. Program length is 10 weeks
- Interest in the fields of Human Resources, Finance, or Analytics
- Strong organization and project management
- Analytical and strategic thinking
What does my future look like?
Potential career path after completion of the program could include:
- After successful completion of the full-time program, individuals will have an opportunity for career progression and move into dedicated roles within either the functional or business aligned teams within Human Resources
