The HR organization is responsible for building and implementing strategies, programs, and infrastructure to identify, develop, and retain top talent for the company. What we offer
- The Human Resources Development Program is a two-year rotational experience. Analysts begin their career journey with an in-depth induction training, and then launch into a series of rotational assignments. During your program tenure, you will have dedicated program management support, access to senior leaders and mentors, and ongoing learning & development opportunities to help guide and shape your career path.
- The HR Summer Internship is a structured 10-week program designed to provide undergraduate students with an in-depth understanding of the day-to-day responsibilities of full-time employees by becoming an integral part of our teams and participating in meaningful work. Interns gain experience within Wells Fargo’s Human Resources functions while being exposed to opportunities for professional development, skill acquisition, community involvement, networking, and analytical training
Desired qualifications
- HR Development Program (Full-Time): Bachelor’s degree with an expected graduation of December 2025 or May/June 2026
- HR Internship Program: Bachelor’s degree candidate with an expected graduation of December 2026 or May/June 2027
