Explore a Technology career with Wells Fargo
The Technology Program is designed to expose participants to a variety of technology groups and functions, building a solid foundation to foster continuous learning in an ever-changing and expanding technology environment. Participants will have the opportunity to understand the day-to-day responsibilities of a technology employee and gain comprehensive professional and technical industry experience. Program events and technical assignments will expand your network with technology professionals.
What we offer
- Summer Internship - Provides participants with a ten-week overview of Technology at Wells Fargo, gaining high-level understanding of the organizations operations, business strategies and priorities, and corporate culture.
Program structure and desired qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other Technology STEM related majors, with an expected graduation between December 2026-June 2027
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience with: Java, Cloud technology, .NET, Python, SQL or related technical skills
- Experience in software development shipping cycles (Development, Deploy, Release, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD))
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI (Generative and/or Agentic), related tools and concepts (Prompt Engineering, Data Labeling, etc.)
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, including the ability to articulate challenges and recommend solutions
