Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Recruiting Senior Manager to lead and scale high-impact hiring initiatives in Cebu. This role offers the opportunity to shape talent strategies for critical business operations, lead seasoned recruiting leaders, and influence workforce outcomes in a highly regulated, complex environment.

As a senior leader in Talent Acquisition, you will balance strategy, execution, and people leadership, while driving innovation in provincial hiring and ensuring excellence in compliance, risk management, and candidate experience.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop a high-performing recruiting organization, including Recruiting Managers and individual contributors, supporting multiple complex or specialized business lines
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement and risk control development in Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Develop and implement staffing programs to ensure the company staffing requirements are met in accordance with internal policy and governmental requirements
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of Recruiting team to develop and implement innovative sourcing practices
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers of broader Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Talent Acquisition functional area
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
  • Set direction and priorities for large-scale and specialized hiring initiatives in Cebu and provincial markets
  • Foster a culture of talent development, accountability, and continuous improvement within the recruiting team


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Recruitment, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience, including large-scale or contact center hiring in Cebu or other provincial location

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Must have experience managing Cebu.
  • Hands-on experience using Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
  • Experience managing recruiting for multiple business lines or functional groups
  • Strong working knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with executives, peers, and external partners
  • A collaborative leadership style with strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to follow through on initiatives with minimal supervision and a focus on results

  • Must be located in Cebu.
