Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join the Custody & Wealth Servicing Product team within Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Operations. This team is responsible for setting product strategy, defining and delivering roadmaps, and enabling scalable, compliant servicing solutions that support institutional custody, clearing, and wealth servicing businesses. This Business Execution Consultant will provide support of Product initiatives and enabling capabilities across WIM Operations, Contact Center, & Digital channels. The role partners closely Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Control to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivered results.

In this role, you will:

•    Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business activities to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives

•    Serve as partnership liaison supporting User Acceptance Testing CoE

•    Coordinate Pilot releases for Product supported applications

•    Maintain systems supporting Contact Center hours of operation and holiday closure

•    Support client experience insight analysis and executive dashboard reporting

•    Maintain and support SharePoint site governance

•    Deliver weekly and monthly status reports and dashboard updates

•    Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement within WIM Ops

•    Prepare executive level and stakeholder presentations

•    Learn Citizens Development applications to assist in automating operational processes

•    Provide critical support for controls and processes required to manage operational risks

•    Collaborate, consult, and maintain effective relationships with partners, peers, leaders and executive management

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting operations or contact centers within a large, regulated financial services environment

  • Wealth and Investment Management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed, cross‑functional environments

  • Experience in relationship management or partnership liaison role.

  • Experience in developing executive level presentations using effective story telling techniques

  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
