You will serve as a senior product and portfolio leader for Wells Fargo’s Enterprise AI Platform, responsible for shaping and executing the roadmap across Agentic AI and Predictive AI capabilities. This role connects platform strategy to measurable business outcomes by establishing clear priorities, driving execution discipline, and ensuring the platform evolves as a scalable, secure, and high-impact enterprise capability.

This position requires a leader who operates seamlessly across strategy and execution—setting direction, simplifying complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving results within a large, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate brings experience spanning emerging AI technologies, platform product management, operating model design, roadmap delivery, and enterprise-scale transformation.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop the overall Artificial Intelligence roadmap for the company
  • Provide leadership, management and direction companywide on artificial intelligence initiatives
  • Develop market strategies for the company
  • Lead Artificial Intelligence team by making strategic decisions to resolve robotics process automation, natural language processing, and machine learning
  • Understand the options in the market and educating companywide on these opportunities
  • Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals, including more experienced managers
  • Lead team to achieve objectives
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Artificial Intelligence Solutions
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Artificial Intelligence solutions experience, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of management or leadership experience
  • 8+ years of experience leading product strategy and delivery for enterprise platforms, including ownership of roadmap development, portfolio management, and execution of large-scale technology initiatives (AI/ML, data, cloud, developer, or automation platforms), with a proven ability to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes
  • 4+ years of demonstrated success driving end-to-end execution in complex, matrixed organizations, partnering across product, engineering, architecture, risk, cyber, data, and business stakeholders to deliver against OKRs, scale platform adoption, and ensure disciplined operating rhythms
  • 4+ years of strong executive presence and product leadership capability, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for senior audiences, apply sound product judgment and analytics, and drive alignment, prioritization, and results in highly cross-functional environments

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with advanced AI capabilities, including Generative AI (e.g., Agentic AI), Predictive AI, and MLOps/LLMOps, with a strong understanding of model lifecycle management from development through deployment and monitoring
  • Experience leading product management for enterprise or developer platforms, including internal platforms or shared services, with a track record of delivering multi-year roadmaps, driving platform modernization, and enabling cloud adoption at scale
  • Strong track record of driving measurable outcomes and executive alignment, including defining and managing product metrics (adoption, value realization, delivery health, platform performance), partnering with senior leaders to set priorities and make decisions, and operating effectively in ambiguous, complex environments
  • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated environments, with an understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations in platform delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to complex, cross-functional initiatives, with a strong executive presence and the ability to influence without direct authority

MN- Minneapolis Pay Range: $215,000 – $355,000 Annually

CA- Concord Pay Range: $215,000 – $355,000 Annually
