In this role, you will:
- Define, scale, and operate the enterprise Observe‑to‑Agent (O2A) capability and operating model with consistent, secure, and measurable business outcomes.
- Own the enterprise Observe strategy, spanning video capture, telemetry ingestion, persona configuration, clickstream processing, and cross‑business data collection.
- Lead the product vision and multi‑release roadmap for Video‑to‑Code and enterprise agent creation using multimodal and hybrid deterministic + LLM architectures.
- Build and scale agentic automation, converting observed human work into executable agent workflows and reusable code.
- Establish enterprise standards for video‑to‑API code generation, driving material acceleration in automation delivery and control coverage.
- Define and enforce governance, risk, and model assurance standards, including PII protection, hallucination controls, SLA monitoring, rollback, and analyst‑in‑the‑loop gates.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (Data Science, AI Engineering, Platform, Automation) to deliver multimodal ingestion, semantic graphs, SOP/workflow generation, and multi‑agent orchestration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, driving enterprise adoption, change management, and large‑scale AI and automation transformation.
- Leverage statistical analysis, machine learning, and LLM-based techniques to generate insights from observability signals.
- Guide development of predictive, diagnostic, and prescriptive insights, including root cause analysis and impact attribution.
- Act as a highly technical product lead, able to review code, notebooks, models, and data pipelines.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong experience working with data-intensive platforms or analytics-driven products
- Proven ability to translate complex technical data into clear insights and product outcomes
Required Qualifications for Europe, Middle East & Africa only:
- Experience in Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, data analysis, or notebooks
- Strong understanding of observability data (logs, metrics, traces, telemetry, clickstreams)
- Experience with Machine Learning, behavioral analytics, or applied AI/LLMs
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify patterns and trends in noisy data
