About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager – Deposit Customer Growth to join Consumer Banking & Lending. Reporting directly to the Head of Deposit Customer Growth Journeys, this role is responsible for leading customer growth opportunities across the Shopping, Application, and Onboarding journeys. The Senior Lead partners closely with executive leadership across Product, Digital, Marketing, and Finance to shape business and product strategies that drive deposit customer growth, owning the end‑to‑end business case, customer experience, and overall business outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, influencing digital products, initiatives, roadmaps, and long‑term strategies to address highly complex business and technical needs within the Digital environment
Partner with the Product Director to own, define, and drive the customer growth roadmap
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex, enterprise‑wide challenges requiring deep analysis across multiple business and functional areas
Deliver long‑term, large‑scale solutions that require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking
Coordinate and guide highly complex initiatives, providing direction and mentorship to others as needed
Foster a strong culture of customer‑centricity and data‑driven decision making
Strategically engage and influence professionals and leaders at all levels across the enterprise
Serve as a subject‑matter expert and advisor to senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience across the customer and product acquisition lifecycle, including shopping, application, and onboarding journeys
Demonstrated expertise in Consumer and Small Business deposit and payments products, including checking, savings, debit, and person‑to‑person payments (e.g., Zelle)
Relevant experience within a direct financial services provider
Understanding of deposit customer/account level of economics with ability to drive ROI based optimization and decision making
Strong analytical capability to interpret data and insights to identify issues, uncover opportunities, and inform business priorities and product road‑map decisions.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross‑functional, team‑based environments across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are essential
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to communicate complex concepts, influence outcomes, and broker alignment among diverse and competing priorities
Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify, analyze, and resolve complex business and product challenges
Experience creating and delivering compelling, executive‑level presentations to a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, paired with intellectual curiosity, sound analytical judgment, and polished executive communication skills
Comfort operating in a highly complex, fast‑paced environment
