Lead Digital Product Manager

The Digital Capabilities group leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers. We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead Digital Product Manager to help drive our digital capabilities strategy and roadmap. As a seasoned product manager, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership in any of the following areas: access and authorization, document collaboration and communication, and front-end enablers
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years working in an agile framework.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with proven ability to turn findings into executable plans.
  • Experience leading efforts that require integration of multiple technology systems, operations, or customer service processes.
  • Ability to translate tech jargon to other stakeholders in easy-to-understand ways.
  • Experience working in financial, banking or fintech industry previously.
  • Previous product management experience with any of the following areas:
    • Document collaboration and communication capabilities such as digital documents management and event messaging (alerting, notifications) on the enterprise level.
    • Product management experience with web UI frameworks, cloud, web application development and SaaS web platforms along with finance on the consumer and commercial sides.
    • Experience working with AI or automation tools to improve product workflows or efficiency.  
    • Experience identifying and implementing AI driven solutions to enhance product functionality and scalability.
    • Working close with tech teams and influencing high-level stakeholders.


Job Expectations:

  • This role may require up to 25% travel.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$119,000.00 - $224,000.00
