About this role:
As a Lead Digital Product Manager you will be responsible for being a product owner for Digital Conversation Services (DCS) within the Marketing Products, you will lead one of the foundational scrum teams responsible for orchestrating the delivery of digital marketing that power personalized marketing experiences across Wells Fargo on-us channels including authenticated channels, public site, and branch.
This role is accountable for maximizing product value, owning a portion of the backlog, roadmap, prioritization, and serving as a day-to-day product lead for engineering delivery. You will operate at the intersection of product, architecture, and delivery, with deep involvement in API-driven integrations, middleware services, and data flow orchestration that enable real-time marketing experiences.
To be successful, you must be comfortable leading a scrum team, enabling and facilitating tradeoff discussions, and partnering closely with engineering, architecture, and business leaders in a complex, highly regulated digital environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with various Product Management and line of business (LOB) partners, Product owners and Technology teams to deliver solutions via Agile methodology. To be successful in this role, you must be a strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, who thrives as an independent contributor, yet is able to leverage your technical aptitude to build credibility and drive collaboration in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital marketing delivery environment
- Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
- Review and analyze complex strategy, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines, and be comfortable working with technical and business teams
- Be part of a scrum team and participate in daily standups, lead refinement sessions, author/refine user stories, attend size/commit sessions, and provide feedback in team and project retrospectives
- Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Work closely with Product Owner and/or LOB, to understand prioritization of stories, and to elicit detailed functional and non-functional requirements
- Produce technology solution artifacts that fulfill business requirements – including Jira Stories utilizing Wells Fargo AI tools, Use Cases, Business Rules and Supplemental (Non-Functional) specifications – for complex capabilities

- Ensure the team has a healthy, well-groomed backlog aligned to near- and long-term goals.
- Provide clear direction while enabling strong collaboration across engineering, architecture, and delivery leads
- Coordinate communication and information flow between product, business and technology teams
- Accept completed work based on agreed criteria and validate business outcomes
- Communicate delivery status, risks, and dependencies to mid-level and senior leaders
- Partner with other Product Owners to manage cross-team dependencies and shared services
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- 4+ years of consultative business analysis for technical solutions or related technical experience, including the ability to collaborate with stakeholders in eliciting information needed to drive initiatives forward
- Ability to gather information and create both business and technical requirement documentation
- Ability to translate and present technical information across technical and non-technical groups
- Ability to understand technology middleware: integration and data mapping/transformation techniques
- Ability to produce user stories utilizing Wells Fargo AI tools including acceptance criteria and use cases
- Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: end user applications or technology products
- Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile scrum teams in complex delivery environments
- Strong ability to translate business outcomes and high-level technical solution design into prioritized technical execution
- Strong understanding of SDLC and multiple delivery methodologies, as well as testing strategies for systems integration, and end-user delivery
- Excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and delivery quality

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
