About this role:
Our Digital Data & AI organization (DDAI) within Consumer Banking & Lending (CBL) is hiring a Lead Analytics Consultant to join its Channel Strategy & Analytics Team. This team is a critical enabler of data-driven decisioning across high-impact initiatives including mobile adoption, identity, and digital customer experience. As demand accelerates and problem complexity increases, we require senior-level analytics capacity that can operate independently in ambiguous environments and directly influence product and strategy outcomes.
This Lead Analytics Consultant role is essential to:
1) Own end-to-end analytics delivery across priority digital initiatives, reducing dependency bottlenecks and improving speed-to-insight
2)Translate complex, ambiguous business problems into actionable insights, enabling faster and more confident executive decision-making
3)Drive standardization and scalability of metrics, data assets, and analytics practices to improve efficiency and consistency across teams
4)Strengthen cross-functional alignment with product, data, and risk partners to close data gaps and accelerate execution

In this role, you will:
Lead end-to-end analytics across key digital initiatives, including:
Mobile adoption, engagement, and feature usage,
Authentication and identity journeys (login, biometrics, step-up, recovery)
Transaction migration and channel behavior analysis
Digital product performance and customer experience optimization
Analytics re-imagine (standardized metrics, scalable data assets, automation)
Translate complex business problems into structured analysis:
Define success metrics and KPIs
Build and validate analytical datasets
Conduct exploratory and investigative data mining
Deliver insights that clearly inform decisions
Deliver scalable, reusable analytics solutions that improve efficiency and consistency across teams.
Partner closely with product, data engineering, finance, and fraud teams to:
Align on definitions and measurement frameworks
Close data gaps and unblock dependencies
Drive adoption of insights into product and strategy decisions
Ensure rigor and accuracy through:
Strong data validation and quality checks
Clear documentation of logic, assumptions, and methodology
Adherence to risk, compliance, and governance standards
Communicate findings with executive-level clarity:
Translate complex analyses into concise narratives
Highlight “so what” and recommended actions
Influence decision-making at senior levels
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
5+ years of analytics experience in the financial services or technology industry
Demonstrated expertise in advanced SQL, including complex querying, large-scale dataset manipulation, and performance optimization
Demonstrated experience using Python for data analysis and automation
Desired Qualifications:
Proven ability to solve complex and ambiguous business problems using data-driven approaches
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for business decision-making
Master’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering, or related quantitative field (top-tier or highly credible programs preferred)
Experience with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Teradata, Oracle)
Experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) for executive reporting
Strong understanding of digital analytics concepts (funnels, cohorts, segmentation, KPI design)
Ability to influence partners and stakeholders in a matrixed, cross-functional environment
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
