Lead Mortgage Program Consultant

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Mortgage Program Consultant

In this role, you will:
• Lead complex initiatives for external business development within Mortgage program functional area
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for a larger business segment or geographic region
Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, and large-scale business needs, or operational strategies for business
development in the Mortgage Program functional area.
• Ensure adherence to compliance regulations and policies
Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring excellent understanding of the Mortgage Program function,
policies, procedures and compliance requirements that influence business objectives and drive new initiatives.
Collaborate and consult with Mortgage Program peers, colleagues, and managers and external customers building external
relationships to achieve business objectives.
• Lead program consultants or virtual cross functional teams

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Mortgage Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work
experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong sales background with proven results
• Mortgage or related real estate experience
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
