Product Management Senior Manager

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Product Management Senior Manager – Delivery & Change Management to lead execution integrity across Investment Solutions within the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office.

This leader serves as the single accountable owner for how change is planned, governed, coordinated, and delivered across IS product value streams, ensuring releases are sequenced, dependencies managed, and risk controlled without disrupting platform stability or regulatory standing.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not an oversight function. The leader is embedded in delivery, directly managing the change governance framework, release calendar, and cross-stream coordination discipline that enables consistent, high-quality execution at scale.

This role also positions the organization for its 2027 transition to AI-enabled delivery and change management, defining how automation and intelligence improve speed, reduce risk, and scale execution.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the change management and release management function across all IS value streams, serving as the single point of accountability for release coordination, change governance, and delivery integrity
  • Manage the IS release calendar end-to-end, sequencing releases, surfacing cross-stream dependencies, and maintaining execution cadence across product and technology teams
  • Lead change governance processes, including change impact assessment, approval workflows, and compliance alignment across regulated delivery environments
  • Partner with value stream leads, technology, risk, and operations to align change windows, reduce coordination friction, and improve release consistency
  • Establish and continuously improve the change governance framework to scale with increasing delivery complexity and platform modernization
  • Serve as Delivery & Change Management Leader with end-to-end accountability for release management, cross-stream change governance, functional operations, and platform reliability
  • Set and maintain the operational cadence by coordinating release calendars, dependencies, and execution across all IS value streams
  • Own incident management, ensuring rapid resolution, rigorous root cause analysis, and durable corrective actions
  • Lead senior leaders across Functional Operations and Platform Reliability & Incident Management, acting as the single point of accountability for operational integrity
  • Manage portfolio-level change risk, balancing delivery speed with platform stability and regulatory expectations
  • Enable delivery leaders by reducing operational friction, minimizing disruption, and improving execution consistency
  • Establish and scale a change governance framework aligned to increasing delivery complexity and platform modernization
  • Drive release coordination and change discipline that supports faster, higher-quality delivery across all product streams
  • Evolve operational processes into scalable systems through automation and AI-assisted delivery capabilities
  • Implement automated change impact assessment, AI-enabled release coordination, and proactive incident analysis
  • Rationalize the operating model to reduce manual touchpoints, improve feedback loops, and enhance efficiency without adding headcount
  • Strengthen execution maturity across IS by reinforcing accountability, reliability, and operational excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated prior experience owning or leading the change management function for large-scale, multi-workstream technology programs in regulated environments

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale delivery infrastructure, including release management, cross-stream change governance, and incident management across multiple product or technology value streams
  • Demonstrated success operating as the single point of accountability for execution integrity in complex, highly matrixed environments
  • Strong track record improving delivery reliability, speed, and operational consistency, reducing friction and enabling product and delivery leaders to focus on roadmap execution
  • Deep experience managing cross-stream change governance in regulated environments, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio-level change risk while aligning with control frameworks, audit expectations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience leading incident management and platform reliability functions, including rapid response, root cause analysis, and long-term corrective action
  • Demonstrated ability to reduce time to detection and resolution (MTTR), improving platform stability and customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), production support models, or reliability engineering practices
  • Ability to coordinate dependencies across business, technology, risk, and operations without adding unnecessary coordination layers
  • Strong influencing skills with the ability to align senior stakeholders and competing priorities in high-complexity environments
  • Experience designing or evolving operating models that scale with delivery complexity, particularly within lean or flattened organizations
  • Proven ability to streamline operating models, reducing manual touchpoints while improving feedback loops, execution transparency, and decision velocity
  • Experience implementing AI/automation in delivery operations, including automated change impact assessment, AI-assisted release coordination, or predictive incident analysis, with the ability to translate these capabilities into practical operational improvements
  • Mindset oriented toward building scalable systems and automation, rather than managing manual processes
