Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Services Consultant to manage executive routines and leadership enablement within Corporate & Investment Banking Technology. This role will coordinate senior leadership operating rhythms, including business unit reviews, Operating Committee accomplishment tracking, town halls, leadership offsites, management meetings, and extended leadership sessions. The individual will partner across Technology Business Services, communications, finance, workforce, portfolio, risk, and delivery teams to ensure leadership forums are well-planned, outcome-driven, and supported by clear, executive-ready materials. In this role, you will:
Lead or support executive routines across Corporate & Investment Banking Technology, including business reviews, operating reviews, management meetings, extended leadership sessions, town halls, and leadership offsites
Coordinate agendas, content intake, presentation materials, review cycles, meeting readiness, and follow-up tracking for senior leadership forumsEstablish and manage agenda items for management meetings and extended leadership sessions, ensuring topics are relevant, timely, and decision-oriented
Support executive business unit reviews by partnering with content owners to develop clear, concise, and polished PowerPoint materialsTrack weekly accomplishments, look-ahead items, awards, delivery milestones, and leadership updates for Operating Committee-level and senior executive reporting
Partner with senior leaders, business services leads, communications, finance, workforce, portfolio, risk, and delivery teams to collect inputs, validate content, resolve gaps, and meet deadlines
Support town halls and leadership forums by preparing agendas, run-of-show materials, talking points, Q&A content, recognition items, and post-event follow-ups
Support leadership offsites by coordinating agendas, session objectives, speaker inputs, pre-read materials, presentations, logistics inputs, and action tracking
Review executive materials for clarity, accuracy, formatting, messaging quality, and alignment to leadership expectations
Identify opportunities to simplify executive reporting processes, reduce rework, create repeatable templates, and strengthen operating disciplineMake decisions in complex situations requiring strong judgment, organizational awareness, executive presence, and the ability to manage competing priorities
Collaborate with Technology Business Services leaders and partners to resolve issues, clarify priorities, and provide effective leadership support
Provide guidance on tools, templates, dashboards, and collaboration platforms that improve executive routines, reporting quality, and leadership decision-making
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting Technology, Corporate & Investment Banking, Technology Business Services, COO / business management, executive office, strategy execution, communications, finance, workforce, portfolio, risk, or delivery functions
Experience managing executive routines, business reviews, operating reviews, town halls, leadership offsites, management meetings, or extended leadership sessions
Experience developing executive-level PowerPoint presentations, leadership updates, executive summaries, talking points, agendas, and decision-ready materials
Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to build polished, visually clear, senior-leader-ready presentations
Strong Excel skills, including trackers, inventories, action logs, reporting tools, summary views, and basic analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into concise, business-focused narratives
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment
Ability to identify the “so what” in business updates and convert raw inputs into clear executive messaging
Ability to manage sensitive leadership information with discretion, judgment, and professionalism
Knowledge of technology operating models, technology delivery, workforce planning, financial management, portfolio management, risk and control routines, or business execution practices
Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration and reporting tools
Strong executive presence and ability to interact confidently with senior leaders, executive assistants, communications teams, and cross-functional stakeholders

Ensure business reviews, operating reviews, town halls, offsites, and leadership meetings are supported by accurate, polished, and executive-ready materials
Maintain a forward-looking calendar of executive routines, deliverables, review deadlines, leadership asks, and recurring reporting commitments
Capture, refine, and submit accomplishments, awards, look-ahead items, and key updates for senior leadership and Operating Committee-level reporting
Partner across a matrixed organization to gather content, confirm owners, manage deadlines, resolve gaps, and escalate risks when needed
Develop clear leadership narratives that highlight business impact, delivery progress, risks, decisions needed, and measurable outcomes
Use PowerPoint and Excel extensively to create presentations, trackers, summaries, reporting views, action logs, and leadership materials
Continuously improve executive routine processes through templates, standard operating rhythms, and clearer intake / review processes
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high visibility to senior leaders
