About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Specialist to join our Affluent/Premier Banking organization. This role will be responsible for providing executive administrative support to the senior executive of our Affluent/ Premier Banking Organization.
In this role, you will:
Provide complex administrative duties to the head of Affluent/Premier Banking, and in support of the broader Affluent/Premier Banking organization.
Create consistent routines, agendas, develop power point materials, create readiness materials for senior executive, in support of daily meetings.
Establish and implement office procedures and controls, handle most sensitive information and confidential correspondence.
Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Identify opportunities for improving or implementing processes and tools within executive business management functional group.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting senior executive level position.
Proven success in managing a complex calendar, scheduling appointments flawlessly.
Strong organizational skills with the demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities, adjust schedules and changing travel itineraries, accurately manage expense reimbursement and procurement.
Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs.
Administrative support experience in banking or financial services
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to effectively work in and support a virtual team environment interfacing electronically and by phone.
Proficiency in articulating, communicating professionally and appropriately with confidence at all levels and across functional lines.
Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams and SharePoint) skills
Job Expectations:
Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
