Senior Treasury Support Analyst - Mid Corporate - Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL)

About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL). In this highly visible and strategic role, you will play a critical part in supporting complex client engagements, driving sales execution, and delivering tailored Treasury Management solutions that enhance client outcomes and business performance.

You will partner closely with sales, product, operations, and relationship management teams to develop and execute customized solutions for sophisticated client needs. This role provides the opportunity to drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance sales strategies, optimize processes, and improve solution delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Success in this role requires the ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders across all levels, translating complex financial concepts into clear, compelling recommendations. You will proactively seek and deliver feedback to refine strategies, strengthen collaboration, and continuously improve sales and client outcomes.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead customer and client discussions for highly complex transactions and large-scale implementations while coordinating internal resources
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business challenges requiring evaluation of multiple factors
  • Prepare customized sales proposals, cost-benefit analyses, and pricing scenarios tailored to client needs
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and guide teams to meet project deliverables while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with peers, cross-functional partners, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and drive business objectives
  • Lead projects and initiatives, serving as a mentor and resource to less experienced team members

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services, with the ability to support complex financial clients and deliver tailored solutions

  • Demonstrated business-to-business sales acumen, with the ability to support sales strategies, analyze client needs, and contribute to successful deal execution

  • Proven ability to support large, complex client relationships, navigating sophisticated needs and delivering high-quality, customized solutions

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans that drive business results

  • Ability to build and maintain strong partnerships across sales, product, operations, and relationship management teams to achieve shared goals

  • Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, delivering clear, concise, and impactful messaging across written and verbal channels

  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information with clarity, confidence, and influence

  • Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent service, ensuring a seamless client experience and high-quality deliverables

  • Ability to drive innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance sales processes, improve solution design, and strengthen client outcomes

  • Proactive mindset to seek and deliver feedback, continuously improving strategies, collaboration, and execution effectiveness


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel (regionally) up to 15% of the time

  • Hybrid Schedule (3 days in office. 2 days remote)

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$77,000.00 - $133,000.00
