Product Management Senior Manager- Decision and Onboard My Customer

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a senior product management leader for the Decision and Onboard My Customer product area for Cards and Personal Loans. This role is responsible for setting the product vision and translating it into a clear, prioritized roadmap that delivers customer and business value while maintaining a strong risk and compliance focus.

This leader will drive alignment across product, technology, and business partners, ensuring solutions are customer-centered, scalable, and effective. The role requires balancing strategic planning with execution, proactively identifying market trends, resolving prioritization challenges, and enabling teams to deliver outcomes.


In this role, you will:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and multi-quarter strategy aligned to enterprise and business goals
  • Establish, track, and evolve OKRs and performance indicators across a 6‑quarter roadmap, including epics and key deliverables, with a strong risk and compliance lens
  • Ensure products and experiences solve customer problems, meet business needs, and deliver measurable value through usability and desirability
  • Conduct ongoing industry, technology, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Resolve cross-product dependencies, sequencing, and prioritization conflicts in partnership with architecture, technology and product peers
  • Engage customers, stakeholders, and partners throughout the product lifecycle to inform decisions and improve outcomes
  • Remove barriers impacting delivery and drive accountability to achieve customer and business results
  • Manage product investment by allocating capacity and budget to highest-value priorities
  • Manage and develop teams of professionals, supporting the development and execution of strategy within Card and Personal Loans Product Delivery Team
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, internal partners and peers associated with the function or affected by its outcomes
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for programs and initiatives with impact across the business line and may have impact beyond the business line
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the team to meet moderate to high risk deliverables
  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals, including senior managers
  •  Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in aligned department or business group
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience

  • Strong risk management and dependency management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level communication
  • Ability to lead organizational change in a dynamic, matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to build partnerships across teams and influence without direct authority
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving structured problem solving
  • Recognized as a thought leader or subject matter expert
  • Proactive, innovative, and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with Agile practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence
