About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to support the development of content and document management for key Branch Banking Leadership Institute initiatives. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing and delivering high‑quality development materials and ensuring they have been reviewed and approved by legal, risk and compliance. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners under tight deadlines to drive successful program outcomes, while leveraging your Branch Banking knowledge to ensure content relevance and operational alignment. This position is ideal for someone who excels at organizing complex workstreams, creating impactful learning experiences, and operating effectively in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and support high‑quality content for workshops, skill practices, meetings, conferences, and video‑based learning experiences, while also managing the associated administrative and operational tasks required to deliver these materials effectively.
- Provide oversight of program execution by coordinating deliverables, managing milestones, and ensuring work is completed accurately and on time in partnership with key stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
- Identify, manage, and track legal, risk, and compliance approvals, typically through Strongbox, ensuring all requirements are met and documented appropriately.
- Oversee the team’s document management processes, including compiling data, organizing materials, maintaining records, and ensuring version control and accessibility.
- Assist in the planning and execution of strategic programs and initiatives, with a strong focus on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and improving the customer experience.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders and business partners to develop and implement project plans, policies, procedures, and execution strategies.
- Serve as a key point of coordination by managing timelines, educating partners on milestones and expectations, and ensuring deliverables align with program objectives.
- Build strong working relationships with cross‑functional partners to support the successful implementation of programs, services, and initiatives through consistent communication, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of Banking or Financial Services experience
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing learning and business content, including videos, workshops, programs, presentations, and other end-user materials.
- Knowledge and understanding of Branch Banking operations and workforce enablement practices.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to assess stakeholder, partner, and customer needs; develop solutions; and implement effective business processes.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Experience administering SharePoint environments, including sites, libraries, permissions, content governance, and document management workflows.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects, operational initiatives, and change management efforts in dynamic environments.
- Proven ability to transform ambiguous requirements, ideas, or business challenges into structured plans, processes, and scalable solutions.
- Experience developing process documentation, operational procedures, knowledge management resources, onboarding programs, and readiness materials.
- Experience with video production, multimedia development, and PowerPoint design to support communication, training, and engagement initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to perform quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure content accuracy, consistency, compliance, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, adapt to changing business needs, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
