In this role, you will:

  • Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
  • Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
  • Present recommendations for resolving business problems
  • Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
  • Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
  • Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of client service experience working with high value customers and/or large organization
  • 2+ year of working experience with provisioning certificates and any CRM tool - Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic 365, Zoho CRM etc.
  • Also, provisioning customer's access in different tools (like - APIGEE, active directory etc.) & environments.
  • Experience with SPLUNK or any monitoring tool is mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience working with APIs is mandatory. 
  • Experience in Agile Scrum models. Coordinate effectively with Squads/Agile Scrum teams.
  • Technical background or experience with complex applications
  • Experience in one or a combination of the following: internet based systems, intranet based business systems, or e-business consulting
  • Excellent communication, customer engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships, influence stakeholders, and successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Hands-on experience participating in at least one AI Proof of Concept (POC), including identifying a business problem, implementing an AI-based solution, and demonstrating measurable outcomes or operational improvements.
  • Experience working with AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of AI solution architecture, including data ingestion, grounding mechanisms, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases, model orchestration, and integration with enterprise applications.
  • Ability to identify process automation opportunities and leverage AI solutions to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, issue resolution, or knowledge management.


Job Expectations:

  • Must be amenable to work in shifts
  • Managing a portfolio of APIs and tracking the progress of all associated customer onboardings.
  • Providing a comprehensive service experience which entails attending customer meetings, completing customer setups, and communicating progress.
  • Consulting with clients and serving as a singular point of contact throughout the customer onboarding process.
  • Proactively guiding internal partners through the process including assisting in the navigation of the access request system.
  • Answer inquiries and resolve API issues that come into Gateway Support via email, phone and forums.
  • Analyze server logs to investigate customer-reported issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues and create step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the issue along with solutions.
  • Escalate issues and feature requests to the appropriate product manager(s)
  • Communicate with other teams such as production support, training, and our partner teams to ensure all issues are fully resolved.
