GPL Senior Change Implementation Coordinator - Activation IC

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you’ll contribute to how change is designed and delivered across the organization—helping teams successfully adopt new processes, tools, and strategies that improve efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.

You’ll collaborate closely with partners across the business, bringing clarity to complex initiatives and helping translate ideas into practical, well-executed solutions. In this role, you will:

  • Provide input and share ideas to enhance processes, tools, and change implementation outcomes

  • Develop clear, effective communication and training plans to support successful implementation efforts

  • Identify, track, and support resolution of issues, escalating as needed to ensure progress

  • Evaluate existing processes and recommend best practices, workflows, and procedures to improve effectiveness

  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support across initiatives

  • Support project teams through ongoing maintenance activities and assist in shaping implementation strategy

  • Partner with project managers and teams to provide input on implementation approaches, timelines, and plans

  • Serve as a resource to the team by providing guidance and interpretation of procedures

  • Collaborate with peers, leadership, and technology partners to support execution of implementation strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation

  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on risk mitigation and adherence to established procedures

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, think critically, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with professionalism and integrity

  • Ability to collaborate and deliver results within a virtual, team-based environment


Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$25.48 - $41.83
