Senior Administrative Assistant Branded Credit Cards

About this role

Wells Fargo is seeking three Senior Administrative Assistants to support the Branded Cards organization. These individuals will provide administrative and secretarial support to multiple executives, senior leaders, and their teams, with a focus on key administrative activities, meeting and event planning and coordination, recruiting and onboarding support for newly hired employees, calendar coordination, correspondence, supplies and equipment ordering, and other day-to-day business support. In this role, you will:

  • Support multiple executives, senior leaders, and their teams with key administrative activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, supplies and equipment ordering, and day-to-day business support
  • Assist with meeting and event planning and coordination, including scheduling, logistics, materials, agenda support, and follow-up on action items
  • Support recruiting and onboarding activities for newly hired employees, including interview scheduling, onboarding coordination, and helping new team members navigate administrative processes
  • Provide professional administrative support for ongoing business initiatives, including tracking deliverables, preparing routine materials, coordinating updates, and partnering with leaders and teams to keep work moving
  • Manage confidential information, communications, and documentation in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with administrative partners, functional teams, and internal peers to support consistent, efficient administrative processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the financial services industry
  • Ability to manage changing travel itineraries, schedule events, assist with internal and external presentations, accurately manage expense reimbursement, manage a busy calendar and appointments
  • Experience working in project management
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to answer and manage multiple phone lines
  • Experience supporting senior level leaders/executives
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$28.85 - $48.08
