Lead Technology Operations Analyst

The Lead Technology Operations Analyst is responsible for driving operational excellence across technology initiatives by coordinating deliverables, analyzing data, managing priorities, and supporting leadership teams in achieving strategic and operational objectives. This role serves as a key partner to technology leaders, helping manage complex initiatives, providing actionable insights, facilitating governance routines, and ensuring effective execution of business and technology priorities.

The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving capabilities while operating effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to influence stakeholders, drive accountability, manage competing priorities, and proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of technology operational initiatives, strategic priorities, and organizational objectives.
  • Analyze operational, performance, and risk-related data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for leadership.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, reports, and communications to support decision-making and governance activities.
  • Track, monitor, and drive completion of key deliverables across technology teams and business partners.
  • Coordinate operational activities and project milestones to ensure execution against established timelines and commitments.
  • Facilitate follow-up activities and action-item management resulting from leadership meetings, operational reviews, and governance forums.
  • Partner with technology leaders to identify priorities, dependencies, risks, and resource challenges impacting execution.
  • Support problem management efforts by identifying recurring issues, coordinating remediation activities, and driving sustainable solutions.
  • Respond to urgent and high-priority requests, providing operational support and coordinating cross-functional responses as needed.
  • Evaluate ongoing work across teams to improve transparency into organizational priorities, capacity, and operational effectiveness.
  • Filter, prioritize, and organize requests and initiatives to help leadership focus on strategic business and technology objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts that streamline processes, reduce operational inefficiencies, and improve overall team effectiveness.
  • Support technology governance routines, leadership meetings, operating reviews, and executive reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 1+ year of experience in technology operations, business operations, project coordination, program support, or a related operational role.
  • 1+ year of experience performing data analysis, reporting, and developing business insights to support decision-making.
  • 1+ year of experience creating executive presentations, reports, dashboards, and leadership communications.

Desired Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience tracking deliverables, managing action plans, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • 1+ year of experience supporting issue resolution, problem management, or operational improvement activities.
  • 1+ year of experience facilitating meetings, documenting action items, and driving accountability with stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting enterprise technology, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, or software engineering organizations.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across technology and business teams.
  • Experience with technology governance, risk, controls, incident management, or ITIL processes.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in financial services or a large, matrixed organization.
  • Agile or project management experience.
