Senior Lead Product Manager

About this role:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to support the development, refinement, and delivery of strategic initiatives across our product and technology ecosystem. This role is focused on highly complex initiative development and delivery as well contributing to strengthening our product practices, improving cross‑domain collaboration, and establishing scalable operating models that enable consistent, measurable outcomes while supporting the development and delivery of complex high visibility efforts.

The successful candidate brings a strong mix of strategy, execution, and product experience, along with a consulting mindset to continuously assess whether the organization is solving the right problems, using the right data, and applying the most effective execution approaches. This role partners closely with product, technology, and business leaders to align vision, investment, and delivery.


Key areas of responsibility:
 

The Senior Lead Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping how work gets planned, executed, measured, and improved across the product space. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading high‑priority initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring measurable outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Supporting strategic planning across product domains, refining our product operating model-inclusive of discovery, planning and investment business case development.
  • Defining, refining, and implementing product execution processes such as intake, prioritization, planning cadences, dependency management, decision forums, and governance models.
  • Serving as a bridge between product and technology, improving shared understanding, collaboration, and alignment on scope, tradeoffs, and delivery outcomes.
  • Reviewing and improving collaboration patterns across domains, identifying friction points, and driving changes that increase speed, clarity, and effectiveness.
  • Establishing and operationalizing a measurement and refinement framework for product execution, including success metrics, dashboards, performance reviews, and continuous improvement loops.
  • Partnering with data and reporting teams to generate insights, interpret trends, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Playing an active role in future discovery and product vision, helping structure discovery efforts, synthesize insights, and connect learning to strategic and investment decisions.
  • Improving overall organizational effectiveness and identifying opportunities for scale, simplification, and consistency.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead cross‑functional efforts to strategize, plan, and execute complex initiatives across product and technology environments.
  • Drive forward change - influencing through expertise, facilitation, and partnership.
  • Drive continuous improvement - review strategic approaches, execution effectiveness, and performance across multiple domains.
  • Perform structured assessments and fact‑finding to solve complex, ambiguous problems and develop scalable solutions.
  • Make recommendations in highly complex situations that require deep understanding of products, processes, and interdependencies.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping connect strategy, execution, and outcomes.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working within an external consulting or professional services firm
  • Process engineering experience (e.g., Lean process modeling)
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide groups toward decisions, alignment, and commitment
  • Experience in multiple consumer lending products
  • Proficiency in presentation and analytical tools, including PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus
  • Comfort operating across strategy, discovery, execution, and change management activities

Pay Range
 


Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$139,000.00 - $239,000.00
