About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Loan Servicing Representative to support Collateral and Flood Operations as part of Wholesale Operations.

Collateral and Flood Operations focuses on collateral servicing, monitoring, management, and flood due diligence. 

In this role, you will:

  • Act as primary loan servicing contact for collateral release
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor collateral and prepare collateral release documentation
  • Monitor loan system and resolve customer issues, and process complex transactions online
  • Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational and customer support tasks
  • Receive direction from leadership and escalate non-routine customer concerns to experienced individuals
  • Support internal and external customers with inquiries and complaints regarding loan servicing needs


Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of Commercial Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Military experience researching and assessing questions, process, and procedures to make recommendations on solutions
  • Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication, including but not limited to, supply action requests, updating personnel records, answering benefit or pay questions, resolving errors, researching questions and other needs as requested by customers
  • Military experience with tracking information in multiple computer systems with high level of accuracy
  • US Military Service in the US Army, US Marine Corps, US Navy, US Air Force, US Space Force
  • Experience supporting commercial banking including knowledge of servicing procedures and systems
  • Experience in collateral lien release processes including real estate, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), and/or vehicle titles
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to read and interpret including complex commercial loan documents
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment while effectively managing competing pipeline priorities and workload demands
  • Commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations, including productivity, quality, service, and attendance objectives
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills in a metric-driven environment
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with customers, staff, and leadership skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
  • Experience with one or a combination of the following systems: Automated Financial Systems (AFS); Business Lending and Sales Tracking (BLAST); Credit View; Electronic Reporting and Compliance (ETRAC); EZ Request (EZR); FLO; Global Servicing Solutions (GSS); Hogan; Imaging and Content Management Platform (ICMP); LoanIQ; nCino


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
