About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Valuations Senior Manager.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage residential real estate services in lending, valuation and underwriting within a regional or national scope
  • Manage and develop team of individuals and managers who handle potentially complex issues or those with some risk
  • Engage other teams or peers involved with the valuations processes
  • Provide direction and guidance regarding regulatory, corporate policy, and audits
  • Manage meeting service level agreements
  • Ensure compliance to all policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Provide direction and guidance to the management team regarding specific lending, underwriting or decisive services, regulatory, corporate and group requirements and policy
  • Determine appropriate strategy and actions of the Valuations team to meet deliverables with some risk
  • Interpret and develop processes for potentially intricate work in valuations
  • Collaborate with and influence every level of professionals and management
  • Interact directly with customers
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources to ensure commitments are met and align with strategic objectives in the Valuations department
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy


Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Valuations, Lending, Underwriting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience
