This role will support the design, development, and delivery of modern identity, authentication, authorization, and AI-enabled access management solutions. This role will partner with Cybersecurity, IAM Product, Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, and Application Development teams to build secure, scalable, and innovative capabilities that support enterprise identity services and next-generation AI platforms.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using AI‑assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and approved code‑centric agents)
  • Leverage AI to accelerate system design, coding, testing, analysis, and troubleshooting
  • Apply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI‑assisted outputs into solutions
  • Understand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerations
  • Apply AI responsibly in development and production environments
  • Ensure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 2+ years of experience developing cloud-native applications and services using Python, Java, JavaScript, or related technologies.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, access governance, or enterprise security initiatives.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs and service-based architectures.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, containers, Kubernetes, or modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, security, and product teams to deliver enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle practices including design, testing, deployment, and operational support.
  • Experience developing solutions leveraging AWS services, Kubernetes, Docker, EKS, or containerized platforms.
  • Experience building AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), intelligent agents, vector databases, or related technologies.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with identity providers, security services, or access management platforms.
  • Experience with Python, Java, React, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or modern software development frameworks.
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git-based development workflows, infrastructure automation, and cloud deployment pipelines.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies.
  • AWS certifications or experience supporting enterprise cloud environments
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$120,000.00 - $196,000.00
