About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Technology Business System Consultant

In this role, you will:

• Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams
• Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives
• Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives
• Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions
• Lead project or systems documentation, and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems
• Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & Ownership
  • Define, manage, and execute the nCino/Salesforce Integration product roadmap aligned with business and transformation objectives.
  • Lead product discovery, requirements elicitation, and business process analysis to identify opportunities for platform enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into product capabilities and actionable delivery plans.
  • Drive product decisions, prioritization, and trade-off discussions to maximize business value.
• Requirements & Solution Management
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, process flows, and solution specifications.
  • Translate business needs into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and vendor teams to design scalable and sustainable integration solutions.
• Integration & Data Management
  • Lead analysis and delivery of integrations across nCino, Salesforce, Risk, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Perform data profiling, analysis, and validation activities across legacy and upstream systems.
  • Define and validate Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) requirements to support integration and data migration initiatives.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with enterprise governance standards.
• Agile Delivery Leadership
  • Own backlog management, sprint planning, release planning, and product prioritization activities.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demonstrations.
  • Manage risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure timely delivery against roadmap commitments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful execution of product initiatives.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, and external integration partners.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on priorities, scope, and delivery expectations.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, delivery status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Testing, Release & Adoption
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, including test planning, business validation, defect triage, and issue resolution.
  • Support release planning, production deployment, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
  • Partner with business teams to drive user adoption and ensure successful realization of business outcomes.
• Analytics & Continuous Improvement
  • Utilize SQL and SOQL to perform data analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Develop insights and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, operational effectiveness, and data quality.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools responsibly to enhance analysis, documentation, reporting, and productivity.

Job Expectations:

• Proven experience working on nCino and Salesforce platform implementation, integration, and transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst within Agile delivery environments.
• Deep understanding of Commercial Lending, Risk Management, CRM, and Banking Operations.
• Experience with enterprise integrations, data migration, and Source-to-Target Mapping methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and SOQL for data analysis and validation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence outcomes across cross-functional teams.

Required AI Skills & Competencies

• • Ability to effectively leverage AI tools for research, analysis, documentation, reporting, and productivity enhancement.
  • Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
  • Understanding of responsible AI practices, including data privacy, security, governance, and ethical use.
  • Continuous learning mindset with the ability to adopt emerging technologies and innovative ways of working.

Desired Qualifications

• • nCino and/or Salesforce certifications.
  • Agile certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation and modernization programs.
  • Strong background in integration platforms, API-enabled ecosystems, and enterprise product delivery.
  • Experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Experience supporting UAT, release management, and production deployment activities.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Draw.io.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data quality and operational excellence.
  • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
