About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist as part of Commercial Banking. This role provides advanced administrative and operational support to leaders and teams, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business through strong organization, judgment, and subject matter expertise. In this role, you will:

  • Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
  • Perform heavy calendaring, complex travel planning, extensive document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
  • Support projects
  • Assist with budget planning and compile statistical data for financial planning
  • Act as information source on group and company policies
  • Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with external customers


Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting multiple leaders or senior leaders within Commercial Banking or a financial services environment 
  • Strong calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning, and expense reporting experience (Concur)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate administrative needs
  • Experience coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and following through on action items
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple assignments while maintaining attention to detail
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience creating executive-ready presentations, correspondence, and reporting materials
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to build effective partnerships across multiple business functions and leadership teams
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and leadership calendars

Pay Range
 


Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
$44.23 - $69.71
