Business Execution Consultant - Early Careers Experience

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join our Experience team as a passionate, proactive, and collaborative events lead. This individual will design, coordinate, and execute best-in-class experiences for program analysts and associates across the U.S. This role is critical to the seamless execution of our early career programs, delivering high-impact activations and experiences that support participant engagement, development, and integration into the firm.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale, complex, and multi-day events, meetings, and summits for candidates, incoming hires, and program participants.
  • Partner with recruiting, program management, sourcing, and key stakeholders to develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, select venues, oversee logistics, make strategic planning decisions, and design impactful participant experiences.
  • Partner with the Wells Fargo Meetings and Events team to execute large-scale virtual, on-site, and external events
  • Collect and analyze feedback from program participants and business stakeholders to continuously enhance the event experience
  • Develop recommendations for signature events and present proposals to HR and business leaders
  • Conduct after-action reviews for each event and provide recaps to key HR and business stakeholders
  • Influence change, manage conflict, challenge the status quo to build best-in-class experiences, and make strategic or difficult decisions to resolve complex issues
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing operating procedures and mitigating risk before and during events
  • Communicate and consult with senior leaders on program progress and key initiatives
  • Participate in experience workstreams and project teams with peers across the Development and Experience team
  • Stay current on internal and external practices that drive greater retention, engagement, and professional development

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning, or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Passion for early career talent and experience in campus recruiting, early talent program management, talent acquisition, or events, preferably within financial services
  • Proven experience developing and implementing large-scale events and engagement initiatives that deliver results while maintaining cost efficiency
  • Proven ability to build relationships while consulting, influencing and partnering at all levels across a complex and matrixed organization
  • Excellent communication, project management, analytical, and prioritization skills
  • Proven experience collecting and analyzing data and providing data-driven recommendations to business leaders on future event strategies
  • Experience working with Cvent and/or other event management systems
  • Experience mitigating risk throughout the vendor management lifecycle
  • Experience leveraging AI to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%, with peak travel occurring during the summer
