Wells Fargo Consumer Banking and Lending (CBL) serves customers across the country through online and digital channels, numerous retail branches, ATMs, and customer service centers. CBL is focused on innovating and transforming our business with customers at the center, better enabling them to engage with us how, when, and wherever they choose through a broad suite of financial products and services.

CBL includes the Auto, Branch Oversight and Support, Branch Systems and Transformation, Business Banking, Cards & Personal Loans, Consumer Banking, Home Lending, Retail Services, National Branch Network, National Branch Growth and Enablement, and Affluent and Premier Banking lines of business, and CBL's BSA AML, Chief Administration Office, and Marketing functions. CBL also includes Digital, Data and AI, which provides support across Wells Fargo's consumer businesses.

National Branch Network

Our National Branch Network provides advice and service to Consumer Banking and Lending customers through a distribution network of over 4,000 retail banking branches, complemented by online and digital channels, and a network of approximately 11,000 ATMs. Branch Banking includes the regions, Branch Oversight and Support, Branch Systems and Transformation, and National Branch Growth and Enablement.

National Branch Network career path

Teller

Support customer engagement by processing teller transactions, sharing digital solutions, and making introductions to bankers. If you enjoy working with people, then this is a great role for you.

Associate Personal Banker

Support customer financial success and deliver exceptional experiences by building relationships, recommending products, and assisting with accounts, service requests, and credit applications.

Small Business Banker

Manage a portfolio of small business clients ($100K–$1MM sales), using customer relationship management tools and bank partners to build relationships and drive success in an assigned territory.

Relationship Banker

Build customer relationships, assess needs, and offer retail banking solutions. If not fully licensed at hire, join in the Branch Banking Licensed Banker program as a Relationship Banker LP (SAFE).

Senior Premier Banker

Proactively acquire new affluent and small business customers, and deepen existing relationships, through outreach and appointments. Review and resolve moderately complex customer concerns.

Financial Advisor

Participate in Wells Fargo Advisors training program for meeting personal, professional, and organizational client service and financial goals within the Financial Advisory - Bank function.

Branch Manager

Coach and develop a high performing team to drive business growth by executing on business strategies and guiding proactive engagement that builds customer relationships and financial success.

District Branch Network Senior Manager

Lead, manage and develop a team of branch managers to ensure an exceptional customer and team experience, manage risk, and support growth across multiple branch locations.
