About CSBB

Wells Fargo’s Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) serves consumer, small, and business banking customers through all digital channels, numerous retail branches, ATMs, and customer service centers.

CSBB includes the Branch Oversight and Support, Branch Systems and Transformation, Consumer and Business Deposits, CSBB BSA/AML Transformation, CSBB Payments, Employee Experience, National Advice & Acquisition, National Branch Network, Small & Business Banking, and Affluent/Premier lines of business; the Chief Administrative Office, Diverse Customer Segments, and Marketing functions for CSBB; and has accountability for the CSBB Control Management, Operations, and Strategy & Innovation functions. It also includes Consumer Data, Analytics, & Artificial Intelligence, which provides support across Wells Fargo’s consumer businesses.
