Lead Product Manager - Equipment Finance

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Originations Application Business Owner who is responsible for ensuring that the technology applications in Equipment and Vendor Finance consistently deliver value to the business and our clients.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements

  • Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services

  • Review and analyze complex major product lines and services

  • Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity

  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact

  • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals

  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services, including loan originations, risk management and/or data management

  • Risk management and familiarity with the regulatory landscape

  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to effectively collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams


Job Expectations:

  • Application Business Owner for multiple originations applications in support of the Equipment and Vendor Finance line of business.

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Ability to work a hybrid work schedule

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening

  • This position does not support Visa Sponsorship

Additional Information:

  • Minneapolis, Minnesota Pay Range: $131,000 - $206,000 USD Annual

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
