Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor for Real-estate Valuation Services.

In this role, you will:
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in banking/Financial Services
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
Job Expectations:
- Ensure accurate data entry, document verification, and processing of transactions within defined timelines.
- Follow established procedures and work under close supervision while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams and use multiple systems to complete operational tasks efficiently.
- Maintain high attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and risk guidelines.
- Demonstrate basic analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in daily operations.
- Be flexible to work in shifts (including night shifts) and adapt to business requirements.
- Continuously learn processes, systems, and improve efficiency in operations.
- Must be willing to work in office at BGC, Taguig City.
