About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Digital Product Manager.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Wholesale/ Commercial Banking digital banking, product management, activation strategy, or related roles
  • Prior experience in activation strategy, digital product strategy or client lifecycle management within Wholesale Banking or Corporate & Investment Banking or Funded Fintech.
  • Deep understanding of products and journeys, such as payments, liquidity, lending, onboarding, and servicing
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple product journeys, influencing outcomes without direct product ownership.
  • Proven ability to translate data and qualitative insights into activation strategies and product recommendations.
  • Strong strategic problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, cross‑functional environments.
  • Experience influencing product or business decisions through structured thinking and evidence‑based storytelling.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior leaders and peers

Job Expectations:

    • Lead and shape digital activation strategies for wholesale and institutional banking clients across key journeys such as onboarding, payments, lending, liquidity, and servicing.
    • Partner closely with Digital Product Managers across multiple journeys to identify adoption gaps and influence journey‑level priorities.
    • Partner closely with Servicing, Sales, or Digital Readiness leads to identify gaps in client awareness or education to design activation campaigns or update support tools to drive digital adoption
    • Analyze client behavior, usage patterns and servicing touchpoints to improve digital enrollment, active usage and self‑service adoption.
    • Apply strong understanding of commercial and institutional banking client workflows to ensure activation strategies are practical and scalable.
    • Translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans that inform product roadmaps and prioritization.
    • Define and track meaningful activation success measures (e.g., usage, self‑service uptake, reduction in manual or service interactions).
    • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, operations, servicing, and experience teams to deliver cohesive activation outcomes.
    • Communicate activation insights, progress, and recommendations effectively to senior stakeholders.
