About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an SSE_Analytics Enablement.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments

  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies

  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures

  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals

  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
     

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
     

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience in software engineering, automation, analytics engineering, or platform enablement roles.
  • Hands‑on experience with Alteryx or similar workflow / low‑code automation platforms.
  • Alteryx Designer and citizen development workflow exposure (design, optimization, deployment enablement).
  • 3+ Python experience for data processing, automation, or analytics use cases.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC governance, architecture reviews, and production readiness controls.
  • Strong documentation and cross‑team communication skills.
  • CI/CD and version control exposure (Git/GitHub preferred).
  • Strong experience performing technology design reviews and governance assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct risk analysis across operational, data, security, and scalability dimensions.
  • Understanding of data analytics, predictive modeling concepts, or AI/ML lifecycle.
  • React exposure for building or supporting lightweight UI components, dashboards, or workflow interaction layers.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and service integration.
  • Experience working in citizen development or federated delivery models.​
     

Job Expectations:

  • Perform technology design, governance, and risk reviews for citizen‑developed solutions, validating architecture, integrations, and extensibility within the Wholesale landscape.
  • Assess solutions against enterprise SDLC, technology standards, and governance checklists, ensuring readiness for UAT and production deployment.
  • Design and develop Python‑based automation and AI solutions for Wholesale use cases.
