Senior Software Engineer (.NET Full Stack)

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
  • Contribute to large scale planning of strategies
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments
  • Review moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and procedures
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Expert-level proficiency in React, including advanced concepts such as hooks, context API, state management, component lifecycle, performance optimization, and modern React patterns
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft .NET Core, C#, VB.NET and .NET design patterns such as Factory, Builder, MVC, Entity Framework, DAO and Singleton Pattern
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with modern application architecture design, implementation and deployment especially in containerization, APIs, Message Bus, Single Page Application
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, React, as well as data modeling languages such as XML, YAML and JSON
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, SQL Servers, non-SQL, MongoDB and other standard database query tools.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with web services such as SOAP and REST using OAuth and JWT and ASP.NET Web API
  • 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps Methodologies, scripting languages such as Go, Python, Batch, PowerShell, etc.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with web services such ASP.NET Web API and ODATA
  • Hands on development experience with Ansible APIs, and Playbooks
  • Experienced with Continuous Improvement and Continuous Development methodology and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket, Harness, YAML and Artifactory
  • Experienced with different SDLC methodologies like Agile SCRUM, Kanban, and JIRA boards.
  • Experienced in developing unit tests and integration tests such as XUnit and MSTest
