About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Delivery Coordinator (Sr AVP) within the CIB Front Office Change organization to support Lending & Client product portfolios. This role sits within the I&P CIB Front Office COO Business Solution and Enablement group, which is focused on driving disciplined execution of change initiatives across CIB.

The incumbent will act as a delivery coordinator / execution lead, responsible for end‑to‑end delivery oversight across Lending and Client initiatives. The role requires strong execution rigor, governance discipline, and the ability to quarterback cross‑functional delivery involving Business, Technology, Risk, and Control partners.

The Delivery Coordinator will track delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and metrics; highlight derailers such as scope creep or capacity constraints; and ensure delivery is aligned to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and control standards.


Leverage AI‑enabled productivity and analytics tools to enhance delivery insights, reporting, and documentation quality, while maintaining strong human judgment, ownership, and accountability.

In this role, you will:

  • Drive execution and delivery governance for Lending & Client product initiatives within CIB Front Office Change.
  • Own delivery oversight across timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, capacity, and performance metrics.
  • Track and proactively manage delivery derailers including scope creep, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and control gaps.
  • Partner with Business, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Control teams to ensure end‑to‑end alignment and execution discipline.
  • Quarterback complex initiatives and workstreams, ensuring clear ownership, escalation management, and resolution.
  • Engage with senior leaders across global COO, Product, and Technology teams to drive progress and outcomes.
  • Use enterprise AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support summarization, drafting of governance artefacts, insight generation, and trend analysis, ensuring outputs are validated and compliant.

Functional and Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of Lending and Client products, platforms, and lifecycle within a CIB context.
  • Translate business objectives into executable delivery plans with clear milestones and success criteria.
  • Define and maintain delivery governance frameworks, including plans, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Identify and manage cross‑initiative dependencies, escalating risks proactively with data‑backed insights.
  • Monitor delivery performance using SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics; provide executive‑ready reporting.
  • Partner with leadership to streamline delivery processes and improve execution maturity.
  • Proficiency with Agile delivery frameworks, JIRA, and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience leveraging data analytics and reporting tools to support execution decisions.
  • Apply AI‑enabled tools to enhance delivery tracking, documentation, reporting, and analysis, with strong critical evaluation of AI outputs.

Executive Communication

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders across global lines of business.
  • Create executive‑ready presentations, dashboards, and summaries to inform decisions and drive alignment.
  • Convert complex delivery challenges into clear, outcome‑oriented conversations and action plans.
  • Judicious use of AI‑supported summaries and insights for executive communication, ensuring accuracy, context, and clarity.

Change Mindset and Collaboration

  • Collaborate seamlessly across global teams to deliver division‑wide change initiatives.
  • Facilitate structured discussions with business, technology, and risk partners to solve complex delivery problems.
  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and continuous improvement through root‑cause analysis.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and continuous learning, including staying current on responsible AI capabilities that enhance execution effectiveness.

Risk & Control Mindset

  • Assess, manage, and mitigate delivery and operational risks using KRIs and governance metrics.
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise policies, regulatory requirements, and control standards.
  • Partner with Risk and Control teams to log, track, and remediate Issues and Corrective Actions.
  • Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI tools, with awareness of ethical considerations, data privacy, and regulatory expectations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications / Skills

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in delivery management, business execution, or change management.
  • Strong exposure to Lending and Client products within Corporate & Investment Banking.
  • Experience working in large, complex, global delivery environments.
  • Familiarity with workflow and execution tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into executive insights.
  • Foundational AI literacy, including:
    • Use of enterprise AI tools for productivity and analysis
    • Critical thinking to validate AI outputs
    • Responsible AI usage and continuous learning mindset

Work Arrangement, Shift Timings & Flexibility

  • Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST
  • Work Model: Hybrid working model with a minimum of three (3) days per week from office
  • Flexibility: Role requires flexibility to support US stakeholder interactions and periodic weekend support during key releases or delivery milestones
