About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Communications Consultant to support Print Services functions within Consumer Banking and Lending Operations (CBLO). For additional information on lines of business, refer to the external careers site at www.wellsfargojobs.com.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate and consult with stakeholders, including customers if needed
- Communicate status, dependencies, and risks, clearly throughout the messaging process
- Partner closely with internal partners and stakeholders including compliance, legal, and operations, to validate content and resolve issues
- Execute communication-based initiatives and activities
- Prepare, review, and deliver accurate timely customer statement communications including maintaining strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and formatting consistency in alignment with compliance, regulatory, and brand standards
- Respond effectively to changes in requirements, regulations or timelines
- Implement communications strategies to promote and protect Wells Fargo’s reputation
- Utilizing strong adaptability and problem‑solving skills to navigate new industries and develop creative solutions to communication challenges
- Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
- Proactively identify and resolve potential gaps, risks, or customer impact issues related to statement messaging

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and adapt within an operations environment
- Demonstrated experience leading and operating effectively within matrixed organizations, and achieving business goals, while fostering a collaborative cross-functional team-oriented culture
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders while leading meetings and delivering communications and presentations
- Demonstrated professionalism and integrity when partnering across all organizational levels, including executive leadership
- Experienced in driving organizational change and delivering measurable, results-oriented outcomes
- Process efficiency expertise including assessment and recommendations for improvement
- Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) program including control design, developing operational processes/procedures, documentation, incident, and issue management requirements
- Experience with Wells Fargo Print Services processes and procedures
- Experience with project delivery, project methodologies, and/or project management
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Teams) skills
- Working knowledge of data visualization, reporting, and workflow tools such as Big Query, PEGA, and Power BI
- Bi-lingual English and Spanish verbal and written communication skills
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 5%
- Ability to work additional hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
- Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
