Wells Fargo is seeking a Receptionist in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors.

In this role you will:

  • Answer phones and greet and direct visitors
  • Support Administrative Assistants or leaders by performing routine administrative tasks
  • Identify ways to improve individual work processes within established administrative procedures
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, distributing mail, producing routine documents and reports, using word processing and spreadsheet software, performing routine data entry operation, answering, as well as directing phone calls, and taking messages as needed
  • Receive direction from administrative assistants, supervisors, or leaders
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals
  • Interact with immediate Administrative Assistants team on basic information, as well as internal and external clients

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Administrative Assistance experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Customer service focus with the ability to actively listen, elicit information, comprehend customer issues/needs, and recommend solutions
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong telephone etiquette
  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, innovatively, and creatively while exercising sound judgment
  • Ability to answer multiple phone lines and forward calls appropriately; schedule meetings; open mail; send and receive faxes
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Brokerage industry experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of brokerage office high volume phone lines
  • Experience answering and managing multiple phone lines

Job Expectations:

  • Position location - 5820 Canoga Ave, LNR Warner Center, Woodland Hills, California 91367
  • Position hours -  7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check. Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CFR 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$25.96 - $34.13
