Wells Fargo is seeking a Hybrid Markets Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) change function. The role will focus on delivering investment banking products and infrastructure improvements Globally. The Hybrid Markets Project Manager/Business Analyst will join the Change Management Team in India to support a team of Business Change Managers program of work.

The individual will serve as a trusted subject matter expert and project manager to Change Leads, Business Leaders, COOs and project/Programme Sponsors. This may impact multiple lines of businesses, legal entities and group functions e.g. Front Office, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Finance. This individual can conduct detailed analysis and requirement capture, engage with Product & Application teams to run front to back testing, and build out robust delivery plans to execute initiatives.


In this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified PM with demonstrable experience of product enablement (Product approval routes) and managing technology change in financial institutions
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define product, business, operating model, and infrastructure requirements, embedding these into delivery plans with Product Managers
  • Define the approach and manage end to end UAT cycles across trade execution, Finance, Ops, Risk & downstream. Manage production readiness and proofing
  • Apply front‑to‑back Markets expertise, including complex legal entity booking models, trade execution, and downstream impacts across Finance, Operations, and Risk
  • Translate complex requirements and solutions into clear, structured proposals understood by both business and technology partners
  • Work with Product Managers and Application Leads to develop cost & timescales that feed the overall plan
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert on initiative scoping and infrastructure impact assessments, ensuring changes are well‑defined and deliverable
  • Support business and regional impact analysis, including Financial and Non‑Financial Regulatory Reporting
  • Independently manage workstreams, projects and cover front to back delivery of an initiative including planning, executing, controlling, and closing within change management governance
  • Create and maintain an overall project plan for the initiatives – Report on overall status
  • Identify and capture project risks, issues, dependencies, ensure alignment of actions and artifacts with project policy, methodology and appropriate business deliverables are produced, maintained and milestones are met
  • Support analysis and decision making with a focus on both business and region specific impacts associated with new initiatives, projects, and changes to policies.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' Experience in Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through delivery experience within Financial Services
  • Knowledge of US/EU regulations impacting Markets
  • Proven experience delivering Markets investment banking products – Derivatives, Repo and Securities and working closely with Front Office stakeholders
  • Production of artefacts: Working Group decks, Plans, Requirement documentation, Impact assessments & Costing Proposals
  • Strong knowledge of Markets infrastructure and lifecycle, including pricing, trade execution, collateral management, settlement systems (e.g. Broadridge), and Clearing
  • Experience in Financial Services Product Management, Agile delivery methodologies, and supporting tools such as Jira
