About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Service Delivery Representative.

HR Service Delivery: Covers jobs responsible for service delivery and fulfillment activities in support of products and process for one or more Human Resources functional areas and includes responding to employee queries. The Global Relocation team supports a wide variety of programs for Wells Fargo, including US Domestic relocation, US domestic temporary assignments, group moves, and international permanent moves. This role is a key to supporting the Global Relocation team, which has a staff of 3 and are in Minneapolis, Des Moines, and Phoenix. Wells Fargo’s relocation function is outsourced to a third-party relocation management vendor, Aires, which provides support with employee reimbursements, home marketing, professional movers and temporary housing providers to source and coordinate the relocation


In this role, you will:

  • Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR that may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance
  • Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within one or more functional areas within HR
  • Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
  • Be responsible for complex operational tasks that may include, but not limited to records management, report generation, and other transactions across internal human resources information systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or other specialized tools within other HR areas like recruitment, incentive administration, etc
  • Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
  • Interact with immediate team, internal or external customers, and internal peers outside of work group on wide range of information


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the Service Now tool
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
  • Reporting/Excel experience
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to research, compile, and perform analysis on critical operational data
  • Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities
  • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
  • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Human resources experience


Job Expectations:

  • Relocation authorization review, audit, and file set up in relocation software tool, MobilityX
  • Relocation estimate creation
  • Relocation plan guidebook creation
  • On-time vendor invoice payments
  • Audit MobilityX data (missing information, open files, completed files, etc…)
  • Modest reporting and analysis of data for reporting trends to management
  • Comfortable working with technology, specifically MobilityX
  • Adherence to risk and compliance with established controls
  • Ease with managing the Global Relocation email inbox and Service Now cases to support the team
  • Outstanding communication skills especially with email and customer service support
  • Experience in US Domestic Relocation, International Relocation, temporary assignment support and the nuances surrounding the business support of global relocation and assignment support
  • Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR that may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance

  • Shift timings: 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM IST / 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST.
