About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support four District Managers across the Greater Orlando Polk–Highlands markets. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team by delivering operational, administrative, and coordination support in a fast-paced environment
In this role, you will:
- Provide administrative and executive support to district leaders
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and logistics across stakeholders
- Support reporting, expense management, and process coordination
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external partners
- Ensure efficient office operations and policy adherence
- Support moderately complex administrative tasks
- Assist in payroll processing, record keeping, and report preparation
- Partner with internal and external customers to meet service needs
- Perform administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks
- Follow direction on routine administrative processes
- Support reporting and general ledger/expense account tasks
- Collaborate with assistants, partners, customers, and leaders
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting multiple leaders
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Experience with expense or payroll processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Expectations:
- Work Hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday
- Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
