About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant who will be a key member of the Talent Management agile product team, responsible to deliver on the product’s strategic vision.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Lead and facilitate workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of client objectives and desired outcomes
  • Experience with talent management functions, background in talent tracking, talent movement, succession planning, skills/competency planning and talent/career development
  • Experience as an analyst with Workday HR functional areas (Talent Management)


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience using Agile methodology
  • Experience with talent management business functions
  • Experience with consulting, implementing, and product ownership of Human Resource products and tools
  • Ability to operate as part of cross functional work streams in order to execute projects with quality and on-time
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories
  • Experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements in order for scrum teams to implement


Job Expectations:

  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic problems/initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy, and understanding of talent management processes and how they can be solved with automated systems.
  • Work independently to drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry knowledge to discover and validate what has real value to the business.
  • Collaborate and consult with business leaders in developing technology solutions and assist with creating policies and procedures and make technology recommendations for the talent team that include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives and ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed in order to execute work with quality and on-time.
  • Create user stories with acceptance criteria maintained in JIRA or similar Agile management tool.
  • Participate in testing acceptance criteria and ensure test results reflect acceptance criteria.
  • As part of scrum team deliver on product vision and scope.
