About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to serve as a Marketing Campaign Manager, driving targeted, high-impact marketing initiatives across a multi-channels environment.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, content, and emerging AI-driven search trends, with a strong emphasis on delivering personalized, data-informed campaigns. You’ll lead end-to-end campaign execution—from ideation through launch—ensuring precision targeting, compliance, and measurable results.

This is an opportunity for a self-starter and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning complex challenges into actionable marketing solutions.

This role will drive the development, approval, and publishing of high-impact creative content across digital channels, with a focus on optimizing visibility and brand sentiment in GenAI-powered search platforms.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead targeted marketing campaigns (not mass-market) aligned to defined business strategies, ensuring messaging, disclosures, and approvals meet compliance standards
  • Drive the creation and rapid deployment of high-quality, customer-focused content, aligned to top search behaviors (financial education, product insights, and more)
  • Serve as the day-to-day campaign manager, overseeing execution timelines, accuracy, and delivery across channels
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to plan, prioritize, and execute a coordinated content roadmap
  • Optimize digital content for GenAI-powered search platforms, improving visibility, engagement, and brand perception
  • Ensure all content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with legal, privacy, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with technology teams to ensure content is SEO-friendly, accessible, and optimized for modern AI discovery (LLMs)
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer data, and trends to improve customer engagement, retention, and overall marketing effectiveness
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across marketing, product, technology, and compliance to solve complex challenges and deliver results
  • Identify opportunities to deliver campaigns efficiently, cost-effectively, and within tight timelines

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or social media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience managing third-party partnerships.
  • Understanding growth marketing principles and marketing technology trends.

  • Experience with targeted or segmented marketing strategies (vs. broad mass marketing)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and content management systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
